I am an entrepreneur who got in touch with Charles River Ventures (CRV) regarding projects.
THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME
i did get a couple of email replies initially, but they were unsubstantiated and a waste of time. The guy said something about their review strategy and that they invest in big companies only, or something like that. If you look at their supposed track record, which is 99% failures, you can see that they invest in everything. Unfortunately, they are just not that good at picking winners.
Also, like most people in Silicon Valley, they are just full of crap all around. If you want to make money, forget about software and start baking bread, you'll be better off.
